About Us

Each day we’re asked to carry more – more choices, more noise, more weight than our nervous systems were designed to hold. But clarity should not feel like another demand. That’s why Thea exists.

Thea listens to your voice – not to analyze or to fix you, but to offer insight into your emotional rhythms and support moments of reset throughout the day.

Thea is not a solution outside of you. It is a reminder that everything you need to return to balance is already within you.

Our team

Rachelle Barrack is the founder and CEO of Thea, a voice-led app for emotional regulation through sound. She built Thea because music helped her feel what words sometimes couldn't, and voice technology was the missing piece to create a simple, repeatable practice for others to follow. Her career has moved across music, finance, and early-stage investing, with prior roles at Atlantic Records, Citibank, and TPG-Axon. She lives in Los Angeles with her family.
